Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with experience in recruiting IT professionals for US clients. The candidate should have knowledge of US staffing, recruitment processes, job portals, and various employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions (JDs).
- Source IT candidates through job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, visa status, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.




- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate pay rates and compensation based on client budgets and candidate expectations.
- Work on different employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to meet recruitment targets.

Location: ECIL, As Rao Nagar, HYD

Shift: Night Shift (7 PM to 4 AM)
