Job Overview

MIT World Peace School, Indore, is looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Academic Coordinator to oversee academic operations, support teachers, ensure effective curriculum implementation, and maintain high academic standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong academic coordination experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage academic activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day academic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the academic department.
- Coordinate with teachers, department heads, and school management.
- Monitor curriculum planning, lesson plans, syllabus completion, and academic progress.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and support teachers in improving teaching practices.
- Plan and coordinate examinations, assessments, academic activities, and school events.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE guidelines and school academic policies.
- Address academic concerns and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline; B.Ed.

- Prior experience in an Academic Coordinator / Secondary Coordinator / similar academic leadership role is essential.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and academic processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, guide, and coordinate with teaching staff effectively.
- Candidates with relevant school coordination experience will be preferred.
