A Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and providing information about company offerings. Handling customer inquiries, following up with clients, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain and promote company products and services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to close sales.
- Maintain daily call records and customer databases.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
