About the role

We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build and operate the technical systems that power our go-to-market motion. You will connect sales, marketing, and customer data into reliable, automated workflows that help our teams find, engage, and convert the right customers.

Key responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain automated go-to-market workflows across CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
- Integrate data sources and APIs to create a unified view of accounts, leads, and pipeline activity.
- Develop lead enrichment, scoring, and routing logic to improve prospecting efficiency and handoffs between teams.
- Build dashboards and reports that give sales and marketing leaders clear visibility into funnel performance.
- Partner with revenue operations, sales, and marketing to translate process needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Monitor data quality and workflow reliability, and troubleshoot issues across integrated systems.
- Document systems and processes so that they can be maintained and extended by others.

Required skills and qualifications

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot)



and their administration or customization.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming for automation and data work (such as Python or JavaScript).
- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration or workflow automation tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling for analyzing go-to-market data.
- Understanding of sales and marketing funnel concepts, lead lifecycle, and revenue metrics.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Experience with data enrichment or intent data tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with reverse ETL, data warehouses, or BI tools.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or B2B revenue operations environment.

Experience

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related technical role.
