Position Overview
Gujju Tours is looking for an experienced and responsible Account Manager to independently manage the company's complete accounting operations and financial activities. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, practical financial management experience, and a good understanding of travel-related business transactions.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience handling accounts in a Travel Agency or Tour & Travel Company. Knowledge of the travel industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage the complete accounting and financial operations of Gujju Tours.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journal entries, vouchers, and financial records.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer payments, vendor payments, and outstanding balances.
Handle travel booking-related transactions, tour expenses, cancellations, refunds, commissions, and supplier settlements, wherever applicable.
Perform regular bank reconciliation and manage cash flow records.
Monitor company income, expenses, receivables, payables, and financial transactions.
Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and management reports.
Handle GST, TDS,



and other applicable tax-related records and compliance.
Ensure proper billing, invoicing, payment tracking, and financial documentation.
Verify transactions and maintain accurate records for audits and financial reviews.
Coordinate with management, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
Ensure financial accuracy, transparency, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and complete account management.
Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Travel-related business knowledge is required.
Candidates with Travel Agency accounting experience will be highly preferred.
Ability to independently manage company accounts and financial operations.
Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
