Job Summary
Hopup is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Junior Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team. The candidate will assist in preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, managing inventory and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and serving mocktails, cocktails (where applicable), juices, shakes and other beverages.
- Support the senior bartender in daily bar operations.
- Prepare beverage ingredients, garnishes and bar setups.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about inventory requirements.
- Take customer orders and serve beverages professionally.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer requests politely and maintain service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of beverages and drink preparation is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Well-groomed with good personal hygiene.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
