Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, manage customer relationships, and drive sales of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, software licenses, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads from enterprise, industrial, and corporate clients.
- Sell IT products, cloud solutions, Software licenses, M365, G-Suite, AWS, and Azure services.
- Manage relationships with 50+ customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling of IT and cloud solutions.
- Coordinate with prospects and customers across the Gurugram region.




- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer and sales pipeline records.

Required Skills

- Graduate in any discipline with good English communication skills.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant IT/Cloud inside sales experience, preferably handling enterprise clients, 20+ customer accounts, and cross-selling/upselling.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Relevant backgrounds: IT Sales, Cloud Sales, Software Licensing, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS/Azure, Acronis, and Veeam.

Not suitable for this role:

- Candidate with B2C, FMCG, Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance sales experience.
