About the Role

Gautam Solar is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Solar Sales Engineers / Technical Sales Engineers. The candidate will be responsible for promoting solar energy solutions, understanding customer requirements, providing technical assistance, and supporting the sales team in generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers for solar products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Explain technical features, benefits, and applications of solar products.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations for customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical support to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Stay updated on solar industry trends,



products, and market developments.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical engineering streams.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and solar energy is an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical and sales skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a customer-oriented approach.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Interest in renewable energy and solar technology.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
