We are recruiting a Housekeeping Team Leader / Supervisor for guesthouse operations in Dhiffushi, Maldives. Candidates should have relevant hospitality experience and the ability to supervise housekeeping activities and maintain service standards.

Salary and Benefits

- Basic Salary: Approximately ₹37,860 per month.
- Food Allowance: Approximately ₹9,485 per month.
- Accommodation: Provided in office.
- Total Monthly Cash Package: Approximately ₹47,345, including food allowance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1–2 years of prior hospitality experience.
- Experience in housekeeping operations and team coordination.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations.
- Allocate duties and coordinate housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with the front office regarding room readiness.
- Address housekeeping-related guest complaints.
