- Lead end-to-end MEP project execution from planning to handover.
- Solid experience in contractor & subcontractor management, negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Manage BOQ, estimation, billing, tenders, cost control & material planning.
- Ensure quality, safety, timelines and budget are maintained.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Handle multiple sites/projects and lead civil engineering teams.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
