About the Role

The Presales Executive will handle incoming and outgoing leads, qualify prospects and convert them into site visits. The role works closely with the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for assigned projects
- Qualify leads on budget, configuration, location and purchase timeline
- Respond promptly to recent enquiries and keep lead response time low

Site Visit Coordination

- Schedule and confirm site visits for qualified leads
- Coordinate with the Sales team so every visit is handed over smoothly
- Send visit reminders to customers to cut down no-shows

Follow-ups & Reporting

- Do regular, structured follow-ups with all active leads
- Keep lead records and MIS reports accurate and up to date
- Share daily/weekly lead status updates with the reporting manager

Customer Communication

- Share project information clearly and professionally
- Represent the brand well on every call and build early rapport with prospects

Required Skills





- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong telephonic and interpersonal skills
- Disciplined lead follow-up and organisation
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Understanding of the real estate sales cycle preferred

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–5 years in real estate presales, tele-sales or a customer-facing calling role
- Confident communicator with a target-driven approach
- Candidates residing in or near Mulund preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Pre-sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Lean management: 1 year (Preferred)
