Designation : Project Manager

Location : Mumbai

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead website development projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing client communication with technical coordination and execution.

You will work closely with clients, designers, and developers to ensure websites are delivered smoothly, on time, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts organized in a quick-paced agency environment.

You will be trusted to manage timelines, guide teams, solve problems early, and ensure every project delivers both quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end website development projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.
- Convert client requirements into clear scopes, timelines, milestones, and execution plans.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and meet quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular quality checks before client submissions and launches.

Client Communication & Ownership

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
- Manage expectations, timelines, and change requests effectively.
- Provide regular updates and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.

Technical Coordination

- Use your working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, HTML, and web design fundamentals to guide execution.




- Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure functional and visual excellence.
- Support domain, email, and server setup coordination with basic technical understanding.
- Ensure deliverables align with performance, usability, and design standards.

Team Collaboration & Workflow

- Lead cross-functional teams across design, development, and QA.
- Improve workflow efficiency using project management and AI tools.
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and project systems consistently.
- Flag risks early and drive solutions before they impact timelines.

Account Growth Support

- Identify opportunities to recommend additional features or services to clients.
- Support upsell and enhancement conversations aligned with client goals.

Requirements

- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in website development or a digital agency.
- Strong understanding of WordPress, Shopify, HTML, and web design principles.
- Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Notion, or similar project management platforms.
- Clear communicator with strong client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- High ownership mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Strong organizational and delegation skills.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
