Voyage Tours & Travels is looking for an experienced Hotel & Holiday Package Reservation Executive to join our team at our Ulubari, Guwahati office.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international hotel reservations.
- Manage holiday package enquiries and bookings.
- Prepare customized tour packages as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, travel partners and suppliers.
- Handle booking confirmations, cancellations and modifications.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries and travel plans.
- Follow up with clients and provide pre-booking and post-booking support.
- Ensure smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Practical knowledge of hotel reservations and holiday package bookings.
- Knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and email handling skills.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates residing in or near Ulubari, Guwahati will be preferred.
- Candidates with positive knowledge of travel destinations and hotel booking platforms will have an advantage.
Salary
Up to ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable, depending on experience and skills).
