Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA4 and Server-Side GTM data.
- Analyze the effectiveness of different channels, campaigns, and attribution models.
- Provide regular reporting on CAC, ROAS, direct channel share, and conversion rates.
- Support the Hotel Readiness Score framework with data on website conversion rates and booking engine performance.
- Contribute to the Owner's Digital Performance Pack with marketing-specific metrics.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations from performance data — not just report metrics.
- Own attribution modelling, marketing mix analysis, and audience analysis to inform investment decisions.
- Provide executive-level performance reporting for senior leadership, property owners, and brand stakeholders.
- Support forecasting and budget scenario planning with data-driven projections.
- Analyse conversion funnels and identify optimisation opportunities across the booking journey.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in web analytics (GA4,



Server-Side GTM) and data visualization tools.
- Analytical background with the ability to interpret complex marketing data and identify actionable insights.
- Experience with attribution modelling, forecasting, and marketing mix analysis.
- Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations that support marketing investment decisions.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta) for performance analysis.
- Experience producing executive-level reporting and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable leveraging technology and automation to improve productivity, decision-making, and scalable delivery.
- Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional, cross-time zone workflows.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
