Role Description As a Founder's Associate with an engineering background, you will work closely with the founding team to support product development, operations, and strategic initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, you may analyze data, build straightforward tools or dashboards, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help structure processes that improve efficiency and impact. You will contribute to research on climate technologies and markets, prepare presentations and reports, and assist with setting up and monitoring key performance metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring a high level of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to handle both technical and business tasks as needed.
