Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to support our sales and business development team. The candidate will be responsible for making customer calls, generating leads, explaining products, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and potential orders.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification:



Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
- Good Tamil and English communication skills; other languages are an advantage.
