Cosmetica India Academy is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to guide students regarding our professional courses in Clinical Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medicine, and Cosmetology.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, counselling experience, and the ability to understand students' career goals and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students about available courses, course structures, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course benefits, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
- Convert potential enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain and update student enquiry records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic teams.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Education Counselling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and student-handling skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Experience in an educational institute, college, or training academy will be preferred.
