Key Responsibilities

- Manage Agile delivery across cross-functional banking and technology squads.

- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, delivery tracking, and reporting.

- Work closely with senior management, business stakeholders, and technology teams.

- Manage stakeholder communication, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

- Support team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Drive delivery in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Key Requirements

- Banking Knowledge: Positive understanding of retail banking, digital banking, core banking infrastructure, CASA (Current & Savings Accounts), Cards, Payments, and Information Security.

- Agile & Project Management: Knowledge of Agile ceremonies, Scrum, project coordination, and delivery governance.

- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Communication: Strong articulation, reasoning, problem-solving, executive reporting, and presentation skills.

- Team Management: Experience coordinating squads, supporting team development, and driving accountability.

- Consulting Mindset: Ability to provide structured recommendations,



constructive feedback, and manage ambiguity.

- Startup Mindset: Adaptable, proactive, quick learner, and comfortable working in an evolving environment.

Good to Have

- Budgeting, financial management, and P&L; exposure.

- Banking transformation or fintech experience.

- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMP).
