Qualification: Diploma / BE (Electrical or Mechanical)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement of electrical, mechanical and industrial products.
- Source manufacturers, OEMs, dealers and suppliers across India.
- Manage GeM portal procurement, online product sourcing and tender requirements.
- Prepare RFQs, compare quotations and negotiate competitive prices.
- Verify technical specifications, makes, models and datasheets.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate material dispatch.
- Follow up with vendors for delivery, documentation and quality certificates.
- Maintain procurement MIS, vendor databases and order tracking.
