About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and imaginative Creative Script Writer who has a passion for storytelling and the ability to turn ordinary ideas into engaging video concepts and compelling scripts.

The candidate will be responsible for developing original ideas and writing creative scripts for short-form videos, promotional videos, brand films, real estate videos, property showcases, and advertisements.

We are looking for someone who understands the art of storytelling, knows how to capture attention through powerful opening hooks, and can develop scripts that are engaging, natural, interesting, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop original creative concepts and ideas for different types of videos.
- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, brand videos, and advertisements.
- Create compelling opening hooks, storytelling sequences, dialogues, and strong endings.
- Write scripts for real estate projects, property walkthroughs, project showcases, and promotional films.
- Develop creative storytelling ideas that transform basic information into interesting video narratives.
- Write voice-over scripts, presenter-led scripts, conversational scripts, and advertisement scripts.
- Create scripts that sound natural, engaging, relatable, and conversational.
- Understand video flow, scene sequences, storytelling structure, and script pacing.
- Research relevant subjects and develop fresh creative angles for video concepts.
- Adapt scripts according to the video concept, duration, tone, and intended audience.




- Work closely with video editors and creative teams to ensure the scripts are translated effectively into videos.
- Review, edit, and refine scripts based on creative feedback.
- Stay updated with recent storytelling techniques, creative video formats, and evolving content trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in creative writing, video scriptwriting, advertising scriptwriting, or related creative roles.
- Excellent command of written English.
- Strong storytelling, imagination, and creative thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to write scripts for short-form videos, long-form videos, promotional videos, and advertisements.
- Ability to develop attention-grabbing hooks and engaging storytelling concepts.
- Understanding of script structure, scene development, dialogues, voice-overs, and narrative flow.
- Ability to convert simple ideas and information into compelling video scripts.
- Strong research, proofreading, and script-editing skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and independently develop original concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and video production teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
