Hiring: Business Development & Outreach Executive
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers & Experienced)
Education: Bachelor/Master degree (Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Food Technology or related field)
Why This Role Exists
BD executive will identify potential customers, establish meaningful business connections and create new growth opportunities for Mevive International, by researching target markets and reaching out to key decision-makers which helps in understanding customer requirements and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads to support long term business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and build target lists of food manufacturers, traders, distributors and buyers across categories.
- Run personalised outreach across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone.
- Convert interest into waitlist registrations and post-launch, onboarded sellers.
- Follow up consistently and manage a pipeline through to conversion.
- Represent the brand professionally at industry associations and exhibitions.
- Keep the CRM clean and report on outreach numbers and conversions.
- Feed market and objection insights back to the Head Sales/BD in-charge.
What We're Looking For
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome - background in B2B sales, business development, inside sales or telecalling; food, ingredients, FMCG or B2B SaaS is a robust plus.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English, Tamil and Hindi are an added advantage.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and hearing "NO" - persistent and organised.
- Familiar with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools.
- Self-driven and comfortable in an early-stage, figure-it-out environment.
- An existing network in the Indian food/ingredients industry or experience selling to food manufacturers/traders, is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
