Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team at PEBSOL, specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and structural steel solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise daily production activities at the Medchal manufacturing site.
- Coordinate fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain quality standards throughout production.
- Coordinate with design, quality and project teams.
- Ensure workplace safety and proper housekeeping.
- Prepare daily production reports and updates.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication and structural steel is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate production activities and manage timelines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
