Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shifts including Night Shift
Working: 5 Days a Week & 9.5 working hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Understand customer requirements and respond professionally.
- Maintain accuracy while handling customer information and transactions.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and performance parameters.
- Be comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
