About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee to support our Business Development and Client Management activities for Veril.ai, our AI-powered hiring and candidate verification platform.

The candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating product demonstrations, scheduling meetings, generating business leads through social media platforms, and preparing monthly business analytics and performance reports.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in business development, client relationship management, sales coordination, and working in a fast-growing technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with existing and prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the internal team for product demos.
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, online research, and other digital channels.
- Maintain and regularly update client databases, lead details, and follow-up records.
- Track demo schedules, client responses, lead status, and conversion progress.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maintain engagement and identify business opportunities.
- Prepare monthly business analytics and reports covering lead generation, client engagement, demos conducted, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Monitor social media engagement and identify potential business opportunities through digital platforms.




- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and communication.
- Support business development initiatives, client presentations, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely communication and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust client coordination and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client schedules and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and track monthly business performance.
- Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn business development, sales processes, and client management.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in client coordination, business development, sales support, or digital lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Interest in SaaS products, AI technology, and HR-Tech platforms.
