Hiring: WhatsApp Business API & Automation Executive

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (In-Hand)

Job Description:

Looking for an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in WhatsApp Business API platforms, bulk messaging and automated communication workflows.

Responsibilities:

- Manage WhatsApp Business API platforms such as WATI, AiSensy, Interakt, Gupshup and Twilio.
- Set up automated follow-up sequences, auto-replies and lead-routing flows.
- Create and manage WhatsApp message templates and approvals.
- Organize and segment contact databases.
- Implement personalized campaigns for different audiences.
- Monitor campaign results and optimize performance.
- Maintain compliance with WhatsApp messaging policies.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Solid understanding of WhatsApp API campaign execution.
- Experience in automation and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of opt-in, opt-out and suppression records.
- Ability to independently manage campaign workflows.
