The General Manager (GM) will act as the strategic leader steering OURA's business and operational ecosystem. You will oversee the complete commercial and operational lifecycle—bridging sustainable coconut sourcing, raw processing operations, supply chain logistics, multi-channel sales execution, and financial efficiency. The GM will translate our brand vision of uncompromising purity into actionable day-to-day excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance and building high-performing teams.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
