Vandana Ispat is looking for a responsible and experienced Security Incharge to manage site security operations and ensure the safety of company premises, employees, visitors, and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall security operations at the plant premises.
- Supervise security guards and allocate duties as per requirements.
- Monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain security registers, visitor records, vehicle logs, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure proper checking and verification of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Conduct regular security rounds and monitor sensitive areas.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, and report any irregularities to management.
- Coordinate with the administration and other departments for smooth security operations.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in security supervision, preferably in a steel plant or industrial facility.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain records and handle security documentation.
- Alert, disciplined, and responsible with good communication skills.
- Ability to manage security personnel and ensure adherence to security protocols.
