Barista – Coffee Shop

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and hardworking Barista to join our current coffee shop. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee and beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, and other menu items.
- Operate coffee machines and other beverage-making equipment safely.
- Take customer orders and serve beverages politely and efficiently.
- Maintain the taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
- Keep the coffee counter, machines, utensils, and work area clean and hygienic.
- Check and maintain stocks of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Inform the supervisor about stock shortages or equipment issues.





Requirements and Skills

- At least One year of experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and coffee machines is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and personal hygiene.
- Ability to work in a team and manage busy hours.

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed monthly salary.
- No service charge will be provided.
- Tips received from customers may be kept by employees.
- No food allowance will be provided. only Tea and Travel Allowance is provided.

Working Days and Weekly Off

- Six working days per week.
- One weekly off per week on a floating basis.
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are working days.

- Two rounds of interviews.
