House of Fett is a premium Indian womenswear label with 16 exclusive stores across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Raipur and Kolkata. Everything we sell is designed and manufactured in-house.

You will be the senior selling face of the store. You own your own sales number, build a loyal client base, and set the standard on the floor for the rest of the team.

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month plus sales incentive
Location: Ambience Gurugram, Sumit Gurugram Ardee Mall, Gurugram
Timings: Mall hours, rotational weekly off on a weekday

What you will do

- Achieve your monthly personal sales target and support the store target
- Drive conversion, bill value and pieces per bill through styling and add-on selling
- Build and maintain a personal client book, follow up on current arrivals and occasions
- Capture customer details and loyalty on every bill
- Ask happy customers for Google reviews at billing
- Keep VM, displays and trial rooms to brand standard throughout the day
- Handle billing, exchanges and returns on the POS as per policy




- Support stock receiving, weekly counts and replenishment requests
- Guide and train junior consultants on product and selling
- Run the floor in the Store Manager's absence

Who we are looking for

- 2 to 4 years in fashion retail with a clothing label, womenswear strongly preferred
- A proven sales record, with numbers you can talk about in the interview
- Genuine interest in fashion, fabric and styling
- Confident in English and Hindi, well groomed
- Comfortable working weekends and festive peaks
- Basic comfort with a billing system and WhatsApp for client follow-ups
