We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-oriented Sales Counsellor to join our team in Rishikesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients and visitors to understand their requirements.
- Explain the company's services, programmes and available packages.
- Guide clients in selecting suitable services based on their needs.
- Handle client queries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with prospective clients and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain positive client relationships and ensure a good customer experience.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident and approachable personality.
- Ability to explain services effectively and engage with clients.
- Prior experience in sales, counselling, hospitality or customer handling will be preferred.
Job Details:
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Location: Rishikesh
