We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commerce Intern. This prospect is ideal for final-year commerce students and recent graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment while developing practical skills in document preparation, content development, visual designing, and administrative support.

The role primarily involves working with MS Office, Canva, and other productivity tools to support academic and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Document Preparation & Content Development

- Prepare well-structured and professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for academic and business-related requirements.
- Conduct detailed research to gather relevant information and ensure content accuracy and quality.
- Proofread, edit, and refine documents to maintain proper formatting, consistency, and clarity.

2. Canva & Visual Content Creation

- Create attractive presentations, posters, and other digital materials using Canva.
- Develop infographics, charts, and visual elements for reports, presentations, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure that visual materials align with the content and overall project requirements.

3. Student Support & Market Research

- Respond to queries from online students and provide appropriate assistance in a timely manner.
- Research emerging trends, business developments, and relevant topics within the commerce industry.




- Contribute ideas and participate in team discussions to support planning and decision-making.
- Assist in evaluating marketing activities and preparing reports to identify areas for improvement.

4. Training & Professional Development

- Receive practical training in content development, document management, visual designing, and administrative processes.
- Gain hands-on experience with professional tools and workflows while developing essential workplace skills.

Who Can Apply?

- Final-year B.Com/M.Com students or recent graduates.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and document formatting.
- Working proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or the willingness to learn and explore its features.
