Accountant / Accounts Executive

Company: Madras Electroplater

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting, payroll, client billing, and statutory compliance activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting operations, Tally, salary processing, EPF, ESIC, and GST-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process monthly employee salaries and payroll records.
- Handle client invoicing, billing, payment tracking, and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain purchase bills, sales invoices, vouchers, and expense records.
- Manage employee attendance, salary calculations, and payroll documentation.
- Handle EPF and ESIC contributions, filings, and related compliance activities.
- Assist with GST documentation, tax calculations, and filing coordination.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, expense reports, and other accounting reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, employees, and auditors regarding accounts-related matters.




- Ensure proper maintenance of financial documents and statutory records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Good practical knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Working knowledge of payroll and salary management.
- Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Understanding of GST, invoicing, and basic taxation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and handle multiple accounting activities.
- Positive communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience

Candidates with relevant experience in accounting, payroll management, and statutory compliance will be preferred.

Preferred: Experience working in manufacturing or industrial companies.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company financial and employee information.

Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
