Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Accounts Payable to manage vendor invoices, bill verification, purchase order matching, and accounts payable operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, Advanced Excel, and a basic understanding of GST and TDS.

Key Responsibilities
Process and verify vendor invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Match vendor invoices with Purchase Orders (POs) and Material Receipt Notes (MRNs).
Record purchase invoices and GST-related entries in Tally.
Maintain vendor accounts, invoice registers, and payment records.
Verify invoice accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Apply basic knowledge of GST and TDS during invoice processing.
Use Advanced Excel for data management, reconciliation, and reporting.
Assist with accounts payable activities,



vendor reconciliations, and month-end closing.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, or a related commerce discipline.
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or vendor billing.
Hands-on working knowledge of Tally.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, and data filtering.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Knowledge of PO matching, MRN verification, and invoice documentation.
Solid numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
