About the Role

OnO Creators is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR & Recruitment Specialist with a robust background in talent acquisition, preferably from an influencer marketing agency, digital marketing agency, media, or creative industry.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment, understanding business hiring requirements, and sourcing the right talent across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments, including Influencer Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Content, Creative, and Operations.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with respective department heads.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer rollouts.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Handle employee onboarding and support other HR-related activities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience in an influencer marketing agency, digital marketing agency, advertising, media, or creative industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proactive approach with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
