Your work profile
The primary role of a Manager is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
The role will be responsible for managing SAP FICO solutions, driving process optimization, supporting business stakeholders, leading project implementations, and ensuring alignment between financial operations and ERP systems. Experience with mining operations, metal production costing, inventory valuation, supply chain integration, and statutory compliance is highly desirable.
Key skills required
- We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to lead and support SAP Finance and Controlling functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in SAP FICO modules,
finance transformation initiatives, and end-to-end business process integration, preferably within the Metals, Mining, Smelting, or Natural Resources sector.
- 8+ years of specific experience and expertise in SAP ECC FI/CO and S/4Hana Finance, and associated business processes and functionalities, and more specifically in the area of Product Costing including Material Ledger and Cost Centre accounting, with specific knowledge in:
- Overhead costing along with plan and budget control for cost
- Product costing under scenario like MTS/MTO/CTO/ETO
- Price and currency deviations
- Actual cost component split
- Structuring value chains
- Costing run with single and multilevel price calculation
- Special account determination in Material Ledger
- Integration of actual costing and profitability analysis
- Alternative valuation runs
- Distribution of usage variances
- Material valuation and changing valuation prices
- Cost based and account-based COPA and related management reporting
Education: Graduate degree (Science or Engineering)
