- Student Counseling: Advise students and parents on global study destinations (such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe), course options, and career prospects.
- Application Assistance: Help students prepare applications, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and resume packages.
- Test & Exam Guidance: Provide information on standardized and language proficiency tests like IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, and SAT.
- Visa Processing: Guide applicants through visa documentation, financial proof, visa interview preparation, and compliance rules.
- University & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate directly with international university representatives, attend education fairs, and participate in promotional seminars.
- End-to-End Tracking: Maintain accurate student CRM records, application milestones, and pre-departure/post-arrival support (accommodation and travel guidance).
