Haris & Co. is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Kozhikode. We are looking for a data-driven and imaginative Creative Strategist to bridge performance marketing, copywriting, design, and video production to drive high-converting ad campaigns.

Role Purpose

You will be responsible for improving campaign performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality) through compelling messaging, offer positioning, creative direction, and audience insights across lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Strategy & Briefing: Develop creative strategies, ad angles, hooks, copy, and scripts. Prepare detailed briefs for design and video teams and build structured testing roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze ad performance metrics alongside Performance Marketers to identify winning creative patterns and refine campaign concepts based on data.
- Audience & Market Research: Conduct competitor research, customer pain-point analyses, and creative audits to build buyer personas and discover new market positioning opportunities.
- Creative Direction: Guide designers, video editors, and copywriters,



ensuring all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and performance objectives before launch.
- A/B Testing & Insights: Run structured A/B tests across hooks, headlines, offers, formats, and CTAs while maintaining a creative intelligence repository.
- Collaboration & Support: Partner with cross-functional teams, support pitches for new business growth, and mentor junior strategists.

Key Metrics for Success (KPIs):

- CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS improvements.
- High creative experiment success rate and winning concept identification.
- Accuracy of creative briefs and on-time delivery of strategy documents.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in creative strategy, ad copy, or performance marketing within an agency environment.
- Robust analytical mindset with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable creative direction.
- Excellent understanding of consumer psychology, conversion funnels, and visual storytelling.
