We are looking for confident and empathetic Telecallers to handle patient enquiries, follow up with prospective patients and coordinate appointments for Sparsh IVF.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive fertility-related enquiries with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries.
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up on enquiries received through digital marketing campaigns.
- Explain basic information about IVF services, consultation procedures and available facilities using approved information.
- Schedule doctor consultations and appointments.
- Follow up with prospective patients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records in the CRM or patient management software.
- Coordinate with doctors and the patient coordination team for appointments.
- Track enquiry status and maintain follow-up reports.
- Handle patient information with complete confidentiality.
- Communicate with patients in a polite, empathetic and qualified manner.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support or healthcare sales preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good listening, persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
