Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel services.

Assist with flight and hotel bookings, cancellations, modifications, refunds, payments, and baggage queries.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Meet call quality, productivity, and customer service targets.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent spoken English and communication skills.





Minimum 6 months of international voice process experience.

Solid customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

US customer handling experience is preferred.

Travel or airline process experience will be an added advantage.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
