We are looking for a professional to manage franchise expansion, partner relationships, and center operations for a Fashion and Interior Design education institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard recent franchise partners.
- Manage relationships with existing franchisees and support business growth.
- Monitor center operations, admissions, revenue targets, and performance.
- Develop local marketing strategies to increase student admissions.
- Conduct center visits and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide operational guidance and support to franchise partners.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in franchise management, business development, or operations.
- Experience in education, training, retail franchising, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive business growth and manage operational performance.
