Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales.
- Counsel customers about professional certification and training programs.
- Manage lead follow-ups, negotiations and sales closures.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and update CRM records.
- Handle international customers, primarily from the USA market.
Requirements:
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome.
- Robust communication, convincing, negotiation and closing skills.
