WE’RE HIRING: TELECALLER

We are a creative and digital marketing agency looking for a confident Telecaller with clear communication and strong convincing skills to connect with prospective clients over the phone, introduce our services and schedule business meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective clients using the contact database provided.
- Clearly explain our services, including social media management, website development, SEO, performance marketing, graphic design and video production.
- Understand clients’ business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
- Handle questions and objections confidently and professionally.
- Convince interested prospects to schedule a meeting with the sales team.
- Make regular follow-up calls and maintain accurate call records.
- Work towards agreed calling and meeting targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidate proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Confident phone presence with clear pronunciation and robust communication skills.
- Solid convincing and persuasion skills.




- Good listening skills and the ability to keep conversations engaging.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Organised, patient and consistent with follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining call records.
- Willingness to learn about digital marketing and creative services.
- Previous experience in telecalling, cold calling or telesales is preferred.
