Job Overview

FM DIGIPOWER PVT. LTD., a Digital Marketing and Web Development company serving clients across the USA and Canada, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and experience in managing telecalling operations and generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
- Promote the company's digital marketing and web development services.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage client follow-ups and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Guide and support junior telecallers whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.




- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or international voice processes.
- Experience in international client handling (USA and Canada preferred).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to handle client objections and close business opportunities.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems is an advantage.
