Job Responsibilities
- Monitor daily CNC production activities and achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of CNC Turning and VMC machines.
- Learn and understand CNC machine setting, operation and basic programming.
- Monitor production output, cycle time and machine utilization.
- Ensure production as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance departments to resolve production issues.
- Monitor rejection, rework and machine downtime.
- Maintain daily production reports and machine-wise production records.
- Implement 5S and safety practices on the shop floor.
- Support productivity improvement and cost reduction activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
