Intima Heart & Superspeciality Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent to lead the nursing department, oversee nursing operations, and ensure high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing nursing staff, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring smooth coordination across hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the overall functioning of the nursing department.
- Lead, supervise, and manage nursing staff across hospital departments.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Manage nursing staff schedules, duty rosters, and staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and patient safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads, and hospital management.
- Monitor nursing documentation, infection control, and quality standards.
- Conduct staff training, nursing audits, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Additional qualification in Nursing Administration will be preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum 8 - 12 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Prior experience in nursing administration or a senior supervisory role.




- Experience in a cardiac or superspeciality hospital will be an added advantage.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of nursing protocols and patient safety.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital operations.
- Ability to manage teams and ensure efficient nursing services.
