Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹75,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

- Lead and oversee the organisation's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and business continuity.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to support strategic planning and business growth.
- Ensure company policies, operational standards, and best practices are consistently followed.

Procurement Management

- Develop procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layouts, storage utilization, and operational workflows.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining inventory integrity.
- Implement inventory control measures, regular stock audits, and reconciliation processes.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate activities across Procurement, Warehouse, Marketing, Customer Support, IT, HR, and other departments.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and improve collaboration between teams.
- Ensure projects and operational initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.

AI & Process Automation

- Champion the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across operational functions.
- Utilize AI-powered CLI tools to automate repetitive tasks, reporting,



documentation, research, and operational workflows.
- Identify opportunities where AI can eliminate manual work and improve efficiency.
- Design and improve AI-assisted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business workflows.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools that improve operational productivity and decision-making.
- Train and mentor team members on effectively using AI tools within their daily work.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Analyze operational performance using KPIs, dashboards, and business metrics.
- Present recommendations and reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, operational documentation, and process maps.
- Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 3–8 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Operations.
- 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Experience managing multiple operational functions simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Hands-on experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or equivalent tools.
- Strong proficiency with AI-powered CLI tools and AI-assisted workflow automation.
- Excellent prompt engineering skills with the ability to use AI effectively for research, documentation, process optimization, reporting, and business decision support.
- Ability to rapidly learn and adopt emerging AI technologies.
- Experience with workflow automation, scripting, APIs, or low-code automation platforms is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- MBA or Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
