Job Description: Client Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for an active, confident, and responsible Client Coordinator who can manage client coordination, planning, and day-to-day operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should be a multitasker who understands tasks quickly, takes ownership, and can also support sales activities and customer service whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client communication and coordination.

Manage daily planning, scheduling, and task execution.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Assist with sales activities, lead follow-ups, and client conversions.

Provide basic customer support and resolve client queries.

Multitask effectively and prioritize tasks based on business requirements.

Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely completion.

Proactively identify and resolve day-to-day challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong planning, management, and coordination abilities.

Active, confident, and proactive approach to work.

Ability to understand tasks quickly and take independent ownership.

Good multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Willingness to assist with sales and customer support activities.

Prior experience in sales, management, customer support, or client coordination is preferred.

Someone who is bold, organized, action-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
