Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls as per process requirements.
- Assist international customers with queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional verbal communication and follow call-handling procedures.
- Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to process requirements.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Candidates should have good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
