We are hiring an experienced Showroom Managers at our various store locations in Andhra Pradesh to manage daily jewellery showroom operations, achieve sales targets, control inventory, and lead the showroom team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and staff.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Manage jewellery stock, inventory, and stock requirements.
- Coordinate with Head Office for stock purchases and deliveries.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily closing.
- Maintain showroom display, discipline, and customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and stock reports.
Requirements
- Jewellery showroom experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Showroom/Store Manager.
- Robust sales, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English.
