Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Omni Bus Supervisor to manage daily bus operations, coordinate with drivers, and ensure smooth transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily bus operations and vehicle schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding trips, timings, and routes.
- Monitor vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.
- Ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Maintain trip records, attendance, and operational reports.
- Handle passenger concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation and report issues to management.





Requirements

- Previous experience in bus operations or transport supervision preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage drivers and daily operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record maintenance preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of handling operational challenges.
